Thanks to this initiative, Medicus aims to become the first healthcare provider in the country to enable 100% digital, self-managed enrollment. A true paradigm shift that sets the foundation for the future of healthcare in Argentina.

In addition, to simplify, bring clarity, and strengthen the sense of belonging, we reduced the plans from 40 to just 5 (Azul, Celeste, Family, Integra, and Conecta), while keeping clear personalization options and separating add-ons that were previously communicated as standalone plans. This not only organizes the user experience but also makes customer segmentation and data analysis easier.

With clear navigation and communication, we made everything visible from the very first scroll—from brand assets (like the partnership with Los Pumas) to each of the three key decision drivers. Everything that matters, right up front.

The palette builds on Medicus’ historic blues, balancing an institutional shade with a more vibrant one to appeal to younger audiences without losing medical credibility.

Photography shifts away from the hospital setting toward outdoor living and holistic well-being, reinforcing the idea of preventive medicine for the user.
