Dilicheck came to Paisanos with a clear challenge: its clients were dealing with due diligence processes that took weeks of operational work and still left room for human error. Gathering and organizing all the documentation required for an exit, for example, and making sure every requirement is met before closing becomes a race against the clock, one that pulls founders and legal teams away from what really matters.

We worked on automating the entire process: from organizing documentation and automatically completing questionnaires to generating reports with scoring.

At the core of the product is an AI-powered legal assistant built on a RAG system, .an architecture that allows the model to process and reason over proprietary documentation. It extracts relevant information and automatically completes assessments, achieving an accuracy score above 0.9 across generated responses.

What we learned from Dilicheck, then, wasn’t simply that AI can read or complete a document. The real value emerges when that capability becomes part of a workflow that people can use, review, and control, without losing visibility into what’s happening at each stage.

Patient program onboarding, medical record management, information traceability for audits, or sales force productivity, deciding which physicians to visit, how often, and with what message. The document-heavy process may go by a different name, but the underlying challenge remains the same: organizing information and building sustainable governance that is accessible and ready to scale.
